Project Delivery
a. Delivery timelines will be discussed and agreed upon before the project begins. While we make every effort to meet deadlines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
b. Final deliverables will be provided in the agreed formats and resolutions.
Revisions and Refunds

b. Revision requests beyond the agreed number of rounds or after project completion may incur additional fees.
Intellectual Property
a. All content created during the project, including video edits, remains the intellectual property of Banuka Kannangara until full payment is received.
b. Once payment is completed, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client. However, any raw files or project files remain the property of Banuka Kannangara, unless agreed otherwise.
c. You may not use any drafts or previews provided during the editing process without explicit permission.
Limitation of Liability
a. Baanuka Kannangara is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the delivered content.
b. While we strive for high-quality results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes if the raw footage provided is of poor quality or unsuitable for editing.
Amendments and Termination
a. These Terms and Conditions may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.
b. We reserve the right to terminate a project or service if there is a breach of these terms or if collaboration becomes impractical.
